18. Batch Operations

1. Batch Output of Flowcharts

-   Click BatchOutput?Flowcharts for Project

-   In the displayed dialog, select the type of flowchart to be output

-   Select the level of flowchart which should be output

-   Select the target format - Visio, Image, etc

-   Select if you want to print the flowcharts too.

-   Select the folder in which the output should be created.

-   Click < OK >

2. Batch Output of Trees

-   Click BatchOutput?Graphs for Project

-   In the displayed dialog, select the different trees you want to be output.

-   Select the folder in which the various trees should be output.

-   Click < OK >

3. Batch Printing Files

-   Click BatchOutput?Files for Project

-   Follow the instructions on the dialog and click < OK >

4. Batch Output Files, Flowcharts and Trees

-   Click BatchOutput→All to output Files, Flowcharts and Trees in a single go.
